Mihaela Sugar is a dynamic young investor, entrepreneur, and the CEO & founder of Sugar’s Property Ltd, a property management company specializing in serviced accommodation and stress-free solutions for landlords. Known for her tenacity and clear vision, Mihaela brings both heart and strategy to every venture she leads.
Her journey began at just 18 years old, following the loss of her father. Thrust into responsibility, she took over his property portfolio in Romania and quickly immersed herself in learning the intricacies of real estate—particularly in serviced apartments and short-term lettings. What started as a necessity soon became her passion and profession.
With no formal background but a deep hunger to grow, Mihaela successfully transitioned inherited long-term rentals into high-performing holiday lets. That early experience became the blueprint for her UK-based company, Sugar’s Property Ltd, which now helps landlords increase income, reduce property stress, and enjoy hands-off success through short-term rental strategies.
